What to know before you subscribe
- No setup fee. Your portal is live immediately after signup.
- Subscriptions are prepaid. Cancellation stops renewal; your site remains active until the term ends.
- Payment processor fees are separate — set by Stripe, PayPal, or Square. We do not add a surcharge.
- If your subscription lapses, your site is suspended but not deleted. Renew to restore it.
- You can use a subscription code if you were issued one. Select "Enter a code" during signup.
